1. Free shipping from RM100 in Keyshu’s shipping policy

Keyshu continuously works to optimize customers’ shopping costs through a nationwide shipping privilege policy with clear order thresholds:

• Freeship Extra offer: 100% free shipping applies to all orders with an actual payment value of RM100 or more.

• Orders under 500,000 VND: Shipping fees will be applied according to the highly preferential flat-rate fee schedule from the delivery partner, ranging from 20,000 VND to 35,000 VND depending on geographical distance. This specific shipping fee will be displayed directly and transparently on the checkout page after you enter your delivery address.

2. Estimated delivery time under Keyshu’s shipping policy

Right after your order is successfully confirmed through the website, email, or SMS system, Keyshu will package the order and hand it over to the delivery provider within 24 working hours.

The estimated delivery time is as follows:

• Inner Hanoi area: Fast delivery within 2 to 4 working days.

• Suburban areas & nearby provinces: Door-to-door delivery within 3 to 5 working days.

Note: Delivery time does not include Sundays, public holidays, or Tet holidays under Vietnamese law. In some force majeure cases caused by weather, delivery time may be delayed by 1 to 2 days compared with the estimate.

3. Order tracking process under Keyshu’s shipping policy

• Right after the order is successfully shipped from the warehouse, a tracking number together with a direct tracking link from the delivery provider will be automatically sent to the phone number or email address used for the purchase.

• You can enter this tracking number directly on the delivery partner’s website to check the parcel location, or contact Keyshu’s online customer service hotline at 1900 1234 for immediate assistance in checking the order route.

4. Co-checking regulations under Keyshu’s shipping policy

To maximize the rights of both parties and thoroughly reduce risks arising during delivery, Keyshu applies strict co-checking regulations upon delivery:

• Customer’s co-checking right: Customers have the full right to open the outer carton box to check the quantity, product type, and condition of the packaging before making payment or signing receipt with the delivery staff.

• Mandatory rule: Customers are not allowed to remove the product seal, open the mask box, or test the essence on the skin on the spot. All products inside must remain in their original sealed packaging condition from Keyshu’s manufacturer.

• Handling issues during co-checking: If you discover that a product is severely dented, broken, leaking essence, or delivered in the wrong model compared with the placed order, please refuse to receive the goods, return them immediately to the shipper, and call the hotline 1900 1234 right away so Keyshu can promptly send a new replacement order to you.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM KEYSHU: Keyshu always encourages customers to record a close-up video clip of the unboxing process from the moment the parcel is still fully sealed with tape until it is completely opened. This will serve as a basis for comparison and for the fastest resolution of any complaints that may arise.
